Legal Disclaimer
We want to be completely upfront with you about who we are, what this Blog is, and what it is not. Please take a few minutes to read this page before exploring our content.
We Are Not Medical Professionals
Relief Blog is written and maintained by two ordinary people — not doctors, not nurses, not pharmacists, and not any kind of licensed healthcare provider. We do not have medical degrees, clinical training, or professional credentials in any health field.
What we do have is personal experience with women’s health challenges, a genuine passion for research, and a commitment to presenting that research as clearly and honestly as we can. Every claim we make is backed by sources we cite openly, so you can read the same studies and evidence we did and form your own conclusions.
Nothing on this Blog should ever be taken as medical advice. Nothing here is a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or a substitute for the guidance of a qualified healthcare professional who knows your individual situation. If you have questions about your health, please talk to your doctor.
Why We Write This Blog
We started Relief Blog because we found ourselves drowning in information about menstrual health, hormonal conditions, and related topics — and we suspected Sena is not alone. So we began doing what we wish someone had done for us: reading the research carefully, tracking down original studies, and writing about what we found in plain language that anyone can understand.
Our goal is not to tell you what to do. It is to give you better information so that when you do speak with a healthcare provider, you can ask smarter questions, understand your options, and advocate for yourself more effectively. We believe informed patients get better care, and this Blog exists to help make that possible.
What This Means for You
Because we are sharing research and information rather than professional medical guidance, there are a few important things you should know:
- Our content is general, not personal. We write for a broad audience. We cannot account for your specific medical history, existing conditions, medications, or individual risk factors. Something that is relevant for one person may not be right for another.
- Research changes. Medical science evolves. Studies get updated, guidelines shift, and what is considered best practice today may look different in two years. We do our best to keep content current, but we cannot guarantee that every article on this Blog reflects the most recent developments at the time you read it.
- We are not responsible for decisions you make. The information on this Blog is provided in good faith, but any action you take based on what you read here is entirely your own responsibility. We strongly encourage you to verify anything that matters to you and to consult a professional before making health decisions.
- We do not have a financial interest in your health choices. We do not sell supplements, treatments, or health products. We do not accept payment to promote specific products or services in our editorial content. Where affiliate links exist, they are disclosed.
